Billabong has been brewing beer since 1993, and was the original pioneer of the Brew On Premise system in Australia. Recently they have acquired a ìProducerís Licenseî allowing them to produce and sell their range of handcrafted beers. More interestingly for some, they have developed over two years, three beers that are not only great tasting for all to drink, but are suitable for Coeliac sufferers as they are certified Gluten Free.

2009 saw the opening of The Generous Squire Microbrewery and Pub in the Perth CBD.
On site, James Squire will be brewing two beers exclusive to The Generous Squire.
